    Front Desk Clerk Job Description

    The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for registering guests into and out of the hotel in a professional and friendly manner following More Guest Service Standards.

    • Greet guests upon arrival at the hotel.
    • Register guests by entering their information into the computer system,
      assigning rooms according to guest needs or preferences.
    • DIRECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
      • Obtain bank from Casino Cage daily; follow appropriate money handling procedures
        & maintain balanced bank.
      • CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD;
        ISSUE RECEIPTS AND GIVE ROOM KEY
        & CHANGE AS NEEDED.
