Principles and practices of management and supervision: principles and practices of program administration, including budgeting; fiscal management and knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATION
BA/BS in Child Development, Social Work, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline;
Masters' Degree with emphasis in Child Development, Program Administration, or a closely related field is desirable.
A minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in child development, a behavioral health program, or program administration & management in a paid administrative and supervisory/management capacity
A minimum of one (1) year of grant writing and/or grant management highly desirable

HEALTH STATUS
