    FVK is recruiting for a hospitality focused Refurb Tech to join our team This position is responsible for demo, clean-up and reconstruction of sold apartments.

    Because of the rotation schedule of weekends and holidays, basic Maintenance work is also expected. This is a Full-time opportunity with starting at $17.00 plus years of experience.

    Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Refurb Tech:


    • Responsible for tasks required to refurbish an apartment for resale. These may include, demolition work, moving interior walls, installing cabinets, installing showers, etc.
    • Minor electrical and plumbing work required.
    • Work with the Marketing Department to maintain current standards and needs as set forth by the Plant Director and Marketing.
    Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:


    • Technical Schooling or experience with carpentry/building background and/or proven work history preferred.
    • High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, perform basic arithmetic and speak effectively. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
    • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic.
    Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status. This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, and flu vaccine status.
