- Strategic Fundraising and Grants Management:
- Develop and implement creative fundraising strategies to engage donors and maximize contributions.
- Utilize data analysis tools to predict giving patterns and customize outreach efforts effectively.
- Write persuasive grant proposals aligned with funder priorities to secure funding.
- Identify and pursue giving opportunities from various sources, building relationships with stakeholders to optimize support.
- Collaborate with program staff to gather data for grant applications and ensure compliance.
- Utilize technology tools to identify and solicit donor prospects and support annual giving efforts.
- Assist in executing annual giving strategies and campaigns using technology for better results.
- Maintain accurate donor records, track interactions, and organize donor engagement activities.
- Collaborate with the development team to plan donor events and stewardship initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, business administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in grant writing, grant management, and fundraising within the nonprofit sector.
- Proficiency in technology tools and data analysis software for donor engagement and fundraising strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling grant proposals and engage stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with innovative fundraising strategies and experience in donor cultivation and stewardship.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and build relations with internal and external stakeholders.

- Efficient use of computers or mobile devices for data management and retrieval.
