    Description

    Title: Desktop Support L2

    Location: Redmond, WA



    Job Description:

    • Provide client support, troubleshoot, and resolve IT support issues for internal users and conference rooms.
    • What you'll be doing:
      • Develop a technical understanding of the corporate IT environment to effectively support users.
      • Answer local and remote users' configuration questions and other requests.
      • Collaborate with site managers and developers to ensure an efficient IT environment for SW engineers.
      • Automate maintenance tasks and empower users to solve problems on their own.
      • Assist in planning hardware and software allocation, especially for new employees.
      • Refresh PC/laptop machines with administrative duties.
      • Handle Global IT desktop tickets, office moves, installing client devices, phones, monitors, and meeting room TV setups.
      • Check, refurbish, reimage, and perform proactive checks on user laptops.
      • Supervise 3rd party vendors, define mobile contract needs, and handle procurement duties.
    • Requirements:
      • Windows laptop administration and problem-solving.
      • Windows desktop environments like Windows 11, Mac, Office 365, Duo, Cisco VPN.
      • Experience with Microsoft Autopilot, TCP/IP networking setup, DNS, NIS, DHCP administration, Jam F, and Intune.
