    **Responsibilities**

    Ensures offices, resident/guest homes, communities, and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition.

    Performs general cleaning and maintenance duties which includes: vacuuming, dusting, item washing, trash collecting and proper sorting.

    Follows infection control standards and requirements.

    Builds positive relationships with residents and families.

    Responds promptly to resident questions and requests.

    **Requirements**

    High School Diploma or equivalent.

    Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.

    Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.

    Requires 0-1 year of general work experience.

    **Hours**

    7am-3:30pm
