- Current Ohio nursing license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) required. BSN preferred
- Three years experience in clinical operations supervision required

We will look to you to lead the clinical home health care team and make sure that patients are receiving the quality care they deserve. You will collaborate with your team members to assess, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate the options and services required to meet home health and home care patients needs.
