    Join us in this role where you'll ensure OT compliance according to relevant standards like NERC/FERC. You'll drive the OT compliance program in North America and ensure regulatory compliance across our business areas, incl. our generating control centre, for all new and existing production assets and facilities, . You'll own the compliance program and ensure follow-up where needed, and report status to business stakeholders and IT management.

    Production IT Infrastructure team, who specialize in OT infrastructure and are responsible for the full stack of OT infrastructure, incl.

    networking, servers, and infrastructure.

    You'll be working in a global IT organization, working closely with teams in Europe and Asia to coordinate activities and build the best solutions and documenting status on our regulatory compliance.

    You'll play an important role in:
    owning IT Operations compliance according to relevant standards, incl. NERC/FERC
    driving our IT compliance program in North America across onshore and offshore, and generating control center facilities
    governing and communicating compliance status to internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency of implemented processes and ongoing status
    ensuring compliance with necessary regulatories for new and existing production sites
    working with both internal and external stakeholders and teams to ensure necessary actions are taken to ensure compliance.

    To succeed in the role, you:
    hold a bachelor's degree or professional certification, such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, SANS, etc.
    have at least five years of experience in IT Security or IT Compliance within IT/OT Infrastructure
    have a good understanding of FERC and NERC regulatory requirements
    are structured and organized, familiar with the importance of maintaining appropriate records of compliance and supervisory processes
    are familiar with Agile (SAFE) way of working and have experience from a global organization working across cultures and time zones
    have knowledge about log-management in relation to NERC/FERC compliance.
