    Data Reporting and Process Manager
    Location: Bethpage, NY (onsite work required)

    About the Role:
    We are seeking a highly motivated Data Reporting and Process Manager to join our team in Bethpage, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining efficient data reporting processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all reported data.

    Primary Responsibilities (100%):
    • Manage the development and implementation of data reporting processes.
    • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and workflows.
    • Manipulate and manage data, primarily using the Clarity reporting tool.
    • Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
    • Identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
    Secondary Responsibilities (50%):
    • Lead and manage data-driven initiatives.
    • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to manage multiple workstreams.
    • Combine and aggregate program information from various sources.
    • Report on program health, including deliverables, costs, schedules, risks, and issues.
    • Evaluate existing processes and recommend adjustments to workflows as needed.
    Desired Skills and Experience:
    • Proven experience in data reporting and process management.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
    • Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements.
    • Proficiency in report coordination and report development.
    • Experience with data management and manipulation (familiarity with Clarity is a plus).
    • Experience in documented operations management (preferred).
    Tertiary Skills (Experience with):
    • Data reporting and project management tools (e.g., Clarity PPM, Jira).
