Job summary
This position is responsible for driving member service in the area and supervising a team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services.Responsibilities
- Be a Team Leader: Supervises the team within the Tire and Battery Center to deliver on the business plan and contribute to the overall success of the club.
- Be an Expert: Maintains an indepth knowledge of business on the floor safety and compliance protocols tire and battery service standards equipment operations TPMS tire pressure monitoring systems tire recalls product specifications seasonality.
- Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to plan for drive sales improve service experience elevate associate engagement Utilizes handheld technology make immediate business decisions related services safety alerts new products information application training Be an early adopter new tools encourages others use them.
- Serve our Customers Members Delivers results putting customer first Makes decisions based reliable information balances short long term priorities considers own work impacts teams ability deliver purpose all stakeholders.
