    Job Summary and Primary Responsibilities:

    Market Research:


    Conduct primary and secondary market research with a focus on the medical diagnostic segments to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for product improvement and segment expansion.

    Supporting our Product Managers, collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to define and prioritize market-driven product features and enhancements.

    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

    Portfolio Management:
    Assist Product Managers in the development of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with JADAK objectives.
    Assist in the introduction of new products, working with the PMs to create business cases and product docs.
    Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for product launches.
    Conduct pricing analysis to inform the price increase process.

    Sales Enablement:


    Work closely with product management to support product launches and actively engage with the sales team to maximize revenue achievement.

    Leveraging analytical skills to analyze incoming mix deals and work with the commercial team to focus on the applications where we have the right to win.



    Requirements:

    Experience in product management, engineering, market research, or a related role.
    Experience and strong passion in the medical devices industry a plus.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
    Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in business, Analytics Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

    Requirements:

    Mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer.
    Ability to use vison to read computer screen and read printed materials.
    Ability and willingness to travel 10-15%

    Compensation and Benefits:
    The base pay for this position is $52,289 to $ 71,897

    per year depending on the geographic market.

    Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
