    Description

    Top 3 Skills:

    • 5+ years working in a fast paced technology company environment or start up.
    • B.A./B.S. in a computer science related field (or) 6 years of experience in system administration and support
    • Experience with macOSm (more mac heavy role)/Windows lap tops
    • Experience with Cloud SaaS Apps (Slack/Jira, Github, Adobe CC)
    • Knowledge of Jira/Freshservice, Mac Imaging and MDM software (JAMF Pro)

    Other Skills/Nice to Haves:

    • Knowledge of VPN/home/office networks, scripting/automation skills, media streaming and device knowledge a plus
    • Google Workspace is a nice to have

    Deal Breakers: Someone who is more windows heavy over MAC or doesn't have the years experience listed above. More experience in Systems Admin or Engineer wouldn't translate is more of a support role with some time here and there to assist.

    This is a hybrid role based out of our headquarters in West Hollywood, California with the expectation to be on site up to 75% of the time for on-call rotations. As an IT Support Technician at Pluto TV, you will provide the expertise required to maintain / support various IT systems while adhering to strategic department and company standards. Our IT Support Technicians provide a high level of customer service, advanced technical support for end user software and hardware, as well as network, server, and telecommunications support as needed. They will also assist in the management of the Technical/Customer Service and Support groups and dedicate a sizable portion of her/his time to technical project work.

    ● Provide first and second level support to Pluto TV for software, hardware, and various infrastructure related issues.

    ● Participate in the entire user life cycle from accounts provisioning, hardware deployment and day one orientation.

    ● Participate in an on-site support rotation for all Pluto TV employees at the Pluto TV office.

    ● Provide video conference setup support and basic troubleshooting.

    ● Administration and troubleshooting of company Mac/Windows, BYOD, peripherals. SaaS applications/integrations, network, and IDP

    ● Assist in various technical projects and maintenance that may be required (this includes desktop, directory services, telecom, and networking).

    ● Contribute to New Technology discussions.
