- Provide guidance and supervision to the team of around 5 technicians.
- Manage project timelines independently to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate low-voltage systems seamlessly.
- OSHA 10 is required.
- Certifications such as CTS, PMI, BICSI, BOISET, MSHA, TWIC, OSHA.
- Proficiency in low voltage methodology, patch panels, AV equipment, and access control systems.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working on commercial/industrial projects.

Job Summary:
As the Lead Low Voltage Structured Cabling Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless installation, maintenance, and repair of low-voltage systems on our large-scale industrial site.
Your hands-on expertise will be essential as you lead a team of around 5 skilled technicians, working independently to meet project deadlines and uphold safety standards.
Responsibilities:

Install, terminate, test, label, and decommission CAT5/6 Copper, and Fiber cabling and patch systems.

This role pays hourly and compensation starts at around 25/hr.
Milage and drive time can be paid for certain circumstances.
