    The Job:

    As a Supply Chain Manager, you'll be part of our T&O Global Supply Chain team working as an on-site employee. You'll get to:
    • Lead the onsite supply chain team (raw materials purchasing, inventory management, shipping/receiving, production planning, and raw material warehouse operation).
    • Implementation of E2E PFEP.
    • Responsible for running the Global Business Unit and Sales and Operations Planning process.
    • Accountable for achieving Service Level and Inventory Turn targets.
    • Manages Phase-ins, Phase-outs, Promotions, Supply/Demand imbalances.
    • Works across functional boundaries to improve Forecasting Accuracy, avoid/minimize E&O, rationalize SKU count.
    • Designs the supply chain to achieve optimal performance at the lowest cost of ownership.
    • Designs/improves the necessary processes, systems, reports, KPI's.
    • Prime Supply chain representative.
    • Provides leadership to all on-site planning/inventory control functions.
    • Interfaces/collaborates with a wide range of business functions, both within the GBU and the region, to achieve objectives.
    • Ready to participate in ERP transition/implementation: as well as further developing processes and reports to support todays' business needs.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Manage long term capacity planning process.
    The Person:

    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, ability to build and grow teams.
    • Thorough understanding of company products and logistics.
    • SAP knowledge.
    • JDE knowledge.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Experience and skill with planning, forecasting & execution systems (SAP, JDA).
    • Conceptual understanding of planning and ERP systems.
    • Excellent organizational, teamwork, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • 5 - 10 years' experience with MRP or other supply chain planning system.
    • Manufacturing experience.
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Advanced degree or certifications a plus.
