    Summary:


    The Assistant Dining Room Manager oversees the operations of the dining room, including the supervision and assistance of dining services Team Members.

    Maintains a customer focused attitude at all times, while managing traffic flow and balancing the serving responsibilities among the food servers.


    Duties:
    Trains wait staff on all operating procedures and menu education.
    Ensures floor charts and tables are set up correctly.
    Greets and seats residents and guests.
    Processes guest meal charges.
    Assists with orientation and training of new Dining Room staff.
    Assists Dining Room Manager with creating staff schedules.
    Supervises and supports dining room and surrounding areas for proper directional flow, organization and supplies placement.


    Qualifications:
    High School diploma or equivalent.
    Two (2) years' experience in fine dining.
    Supervisory experience preferred.
    Food Services Sanitation Certificate.
