- Responsible for credentialing and re-credentialing activities of home care providers to ensure compliance with appropriate accrediting and regulatory agencies
- Maintain data integrity of credentialing database and customer information
- Communicate with customers via email and phone regarding application status updates and other inquiries
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
