- Leadership for engineering team and product development in our LumenFlow division.
- Leverage creative thinking and problem-solving skills to innovate and develop cutting-edge technologies.
- Lead technical customer interactions for scoping projects and finalizing proposals.
- Manage team resources to ensure projects meet agreed upon cost and timing requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive improvements in the operation.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
- Minimum of five year experience in leading engineering teams. Experience in optics or automotive lighting preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading the product development process with creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and customers.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with an ability to effectively coach and develop team members.
