    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
    • Develop personalized treatment plans to address communication disorders and support students' educational goals.
    • Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on articulation, language comprehension, fluency, and social communication skills.
    • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the academic curriculum.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and intervention outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Possess state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
    • Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
    • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
    • Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
