- Assign calls consistent with the technician's skillset
- Coach technicians daily on the RISE process to ensure they execute lead generation via call by call management
- Hold each direct report accountable to achieving picture perfect installation / iAuditor completion
- Verify and enforce technician's accurate utilization of required digital forms, pictures, paperwork, and field software
- Conduct post call follow-ups for customer satisfaction and re-hash any lost revenue potential
- Train and provide coaching for all technicians to ensure they meet or exceed their budgeted KPIs
- Provide ongoing performance reviews for all technicians
- Supervise technicians to include coaching, scheduling, setting work priorities, training, evaluating performance, and work standards
- Perform call by call and manages capacity
- Coordinate with dispatch to ensure the correct technician assigned to the appropriate call
- Evaluate staff to determine and develop specific training requirements
- Effectively manages conflict resolution with clients to satisfactory conclusions
