IOBC Trainer (11A) needed for a 9-month Direct-Hireopportunity with SOC's client to work in Kosovo

Seeking Trainers to provide an Infantry Basic Officer Leader Course in Pristina, Kosovo. The selected candidates will be knowledgeable in the modern infantry tactics, platoon battle drills, and any other applicable subject areas.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement infantry plans at the company level
• Conduct effective mentoring and transformation training
• Experience instructing military concepts

Required Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance
• BA/BS from an accredited university/college - preferred
• 10+ years of experience in the branch of Infantry and combat operations in the DoD, DoD partners or Infantry community
• 3+ years of experience in working directly with senior leaders
• Previously served in the US Army MOS of 11A or Senior 11B/Z
• Knowledgeable in modern infantry tactics, platoon battle drills, along with any other applicable subject areas

In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary for this role is $120,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
