    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Identification / creation of process flows with an emphasis on accuracy and compliance with business needs
    Develop materials for AP operational end-to-end process flows, including detailed policy and procedure documents based on business needs
    Maintain Master Document Control Listing and ensure compliance with documentation procedures
    Review recommendations from business owner for process improvements and other findings
    Validate processes and tools are applied within Global Service Center (GSC) and AP markets correctly and consistently
    Prepare management reports
    Be the first level of contact on AP procedure enquires

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
    At least 2-3 years of proven records in service experience
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline required
    Strong background in delivery of quality customer service
    A good commercial sense in service delivery preferably in payment processing area
    Detailed oriented, proactive, and ability to manage multiple tasks
    Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills in written and spoken English, and preferably in Putonghua
    A good team player with analytical and organized mindset, be able to work independently and in a team environment
    Training experience is preferable
