    The Ford Agency has partnered with a prominent international NGO to fill a temporary HR Senior Associate position. This role will contribute to a broad range of HR-related functions and will provide support directly to the leadership team to assist in executing strategic initiates. A great opportunity for a candidate with demonstrated recruitment, management, and benefits experience

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Manage HR systems and procedures
    • Facilitate recruiting and interviewing programs
    • Oversee administration of full employee benefit and leave programs including FSA's and SmartBenefits
    • Monitor FMLA, disability, and worker's compensation claims
    • Prepare and process visa applications in liaison with immigration attorneys
    • Assist with payroll updates
    • Act as point of contact for internal employee questions regarding HR policies
    • Provide support for onboarding, employee trainings, and reviews
    • Assist with HR initiatives and projects as needed

    Qualifications Include:

    • Bachelor's Degree and SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
    • 6+ years of related HR experience
    • Proficiency in MSOffice products and automated payroll/HRIS systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now
    • Impeccable organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
