- Manage HR systems and procedures
- Facilitate recruiting and interviewing programs
- Oversee administration of full employee benefit and leave programs including FSA's and SmartBenefits
- Monitor FMLA, disability, and worker's compensation claims
- Prepare and process visa applications in liaison with immigration attorneys
- Assist with payroll updates
- Act as point of contact for internal employee questions regarding HR policies
- Provide support for onboarding, employee trainings, and reviews
- Assist with HR initiatives and projects as needed
- Bachelor's Degree and SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
- 6+ years of related HR experience
- Proficiency in MSOffice products and automated payroll/HRIS systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now
- Impeccable organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
