    Description


    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Automation Test Lead to join our team in the Banking and Financial Industry.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the automation testing efforts within our Salesforce platform, ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee the automation testing efforts within the Salesforce platform
    • Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Apex, and Visualforce
    • Design test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Salesforce applications
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the quality and integrity of our software applications
    • Identify and report issues, bugs, and defects in a timely manner
    • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of automation testers
    • Stay uptodate on industry best practices and trends in automation testing for Salesforce

    Desired Experience and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in automation testing, specifically within Salesforce
    • Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Apex, and Visualforce
    • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization
    • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Developer is a plus
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
    • Experience leading and managing a team of automation testers
