    Welcome to Our Team!
    We are currently looking for a skilled Shift Manager to be part of our crew. As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant while on duty. Your tasks will involve organizing employee schedules, supervising the team, and delegating responsibilities to guarantee a seamless flow in the establishment.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct training sessions and coordinate tasks among staff members
    • Guide the team in delivering top-notch customer service
    • Handle customer issues diplomatically and professionally
    • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols
    • Generate performance and sales reports for management review
    • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and restock inventory as needed
    • Fill in for absent team members as required

    Desired Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Prior experience in the food service industry
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, restaurant management, and POS systems
    • Ability to stay composed and excel under pressure
