    Are you a seasoned recruiter looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for the skilled trades and union labor markets?

    We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Specialist to join our team, where you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified trades personnel to meet workforce demands.

    The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the skilled trades and union labor markets, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

    Responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with local union representatives and trade organizations, identifying and recruiting candidates through various channels, and collaborating with project managers and field leadership to forecast and plan workforce needs.

    Responsibilities

    Requirements
