    Armina Healthcare is looking for a National Sales Director to lead our highly motivated and results oriented team of Physician Liaisons.

    In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring your team develops and maintains strong physician and attorney relationships, across multiple states, with a focus on Orthopedics, Personal Injury, Radiology, Same-Day Surgeries and Neurology.


    Other responsibilities:
    Partner with the Executive Leadership team on the company's regional sales strategies to set, track, and execute on goals related to new and ramping clinics serving underinsured and uninsured patients in a deferred payment / personal injury model
    Train, supervise and empower Physician Liaisons with proven strategies through daily and/or weekly support
    Lead the growth and success of new practices through hands-on-business development approach with physician liaisons
    Engage referral sources in each market to introduce our doctors and services and be the conduit between our clinical services team and the referring accounts that we serve
    Routinely visit referring accounts to initiate a referral pattern through strong clinical relationships
    Coordinate opportunities for select physicians to communicate effectively and regularly with those referral sources
    Execute playbook and own the development of training manual for sales team
    Meet regularly with clinic operations and provider to align on short-term goals
    Consistently check-in with doctors and clinic management to secure buy-in along the way for all new clinic launches, both in the lead up to opening and beyond
    Follow a strict timeline to establish referral drivers so that new clinics are busy on day one
    Huddle regularly with colleagues from all regions to share best practices and tactics
    Maintain organized records of activity and contacts in the CRM system
    Serve as a valuable resource for physicians, clinic leaders and staff as well as develop and foster Armina's company culture consistent with company core values
    Utilize data from the clinics, regularly report on and track the activity and results of the referral initiatives and initiate internal consultation to optimize where opportunities present
    Review daily metrics and dashboards, support all growth initiatives in their area, and make certain Physician Liaisons operate effectively and successfully
    Continually pursuing that team's monthly growth targets are hit through strong leadership, training, analysis, problem-solving, team building and coaching
    Lead a monthly marketing and territory budget review and participate in annual budget creation
    Regularly attend events in the community with your outreach teams and help them become more efficient in finding prospective patients
    Oversee your teams' pipeline and tasks management to ensure they are maximizing growth opportunities
    Embody Armina's mission and vision and share that messaging through the community

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    Prior Personal Injury experience required.


    • 5+ years' experience managing and leading a sales team
    • Proven success in sales, business development required
    • Strong marketing experience preferred
    • Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive and CRM
    • Ability to create and analyze excel spreadsheets and dashboards
    • Ability to manage a team through a CRM system such as Salesforce or HubSpot
    • Analytical approach towards performance and sales data
    • Excellent management skills with the ability to train and empower people on your team
    • Strong focus on data and analytics to drive targeted activities and return on growth efforts
    • Exceptional customer service and account relationship management skills
    • Capacity to manage competing priorities while maintaining a positive and optimistic attitude
    • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to proactively structure work and problem solve
    • Highest degree of honesty, integrity, and fairness
    • Must own a vehicle, mileage is reimbursed
    • Ability to travel up to 70%
