Lab & Warehouse Automated System Analyst

Responsibilities:

Provides support and troubleshooting for OPI testing laboratory, plasma storage warehouse, and donor center system issues.
Contributes to system design and modification processes for relevant systems.
Performs activities related to software implementation, upgrades, and maintenance.
Executes approved system modifications and periodic procedures.
Ensures systems are validated and maintained under change control.
Adheres to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Assists in user training and project support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum two (2) years of FDA-regulated environment experience.
Experience with Warehouse Management and Laboratory Information Systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with SQL.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
