    Wehave a new requirement for ahard charging Product Marketing Manager to"drive" growth inour automotive Ethernet business unit. This high impact Product Marketing Manager role will be responsible for taking our leadership in networking and automotive products to the next level. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will work closely with engineering, finance, and operations team to define next generation products and ensure the correct mix of products are build and in what quantity and provide business unit management with financial decision support and analysis which includes product revenue and margin projections.

    What You Can Expect

    Work closely with the Operations and product line teams to provide planning projections for product builds. Ensure the correct mix of products are being built up to meet demand and able to make priority decisions on the product builds if required

    Customer interface for business unit for all operations/product logistics related including product pull-in/push-out, PCNs.

    Interface with sales and distributors to understand demand forecast drivers, monitor and manage inventory levels for distributors. In addition ensure this data is incorporated to the product line revenue models

    Monitor product margins and revenue on the product lines on a regular basis and generate necessary reports for product leads. Drive operations' product or test teams to resolve any issues that would impact margin

    Work with finance to provide and support necessary financial and operations tools to the product team for business and product planning. Drive the different product teams for deliverables as directed by management. Responsible for delivering the final presentation and data to management.

    What We're Looking For

    Strong product management experience including defining products, developing MRDs, and driving design and package engineering analysis

    Experience in automotive vertical market and Product Marketing, Business Analysis. Working in the networking semiconductor products is a strong plus.

    Must have experience in a customer-facing role. The candidate must have the necessary communications skills and experience to be able to interface effectively and manage product expectations at customer.

    Familiarity with Ethernet and SerDes market and technology is essential.

    Must be very familiar with Excel and able to build complex macro

    Must have proven experience to build necessary financial tools for doing forecast, revenue and margin analysis and ability to evaluate trade-offs on the ease of use of the tool and ability to meet the requirements set by management.

    Comprehensive background in semiconductor design necessary to evaluate product tradeoffs for performance, manufacturing cost, power and total development cost. Familiarity with key system elements of Ethernet products in order to evaluate product tradeoffs

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Arts or related fields and 3-5 years of related professional experience. OR Master's degree and/or PhD, in Business, Science, Arts or related fields with 2-3 years of experience.

    Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

    101, ,410, $ per annum

    The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
