Description

Akkodis is recruiting for a PLC Controls engineer for an aerospace manufacturer in the Cincinnati, OH area. This is a contract to hire position with a pay rate of $45 an hour. Recent graduates with internships in this area would also be highly considered.

As a Facility Controls Engineer/Specialist, you will participate in the design of efficient and reliable control systems, troubleshoots issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards and industry requirements. Collaborate as part of a dynamic team to enhance and maintain the infrastructure of our testing facility. Demonstrate a proactive approach in identifying gaps and meticulously developing the necessary documentation to support system integrity and operational efficiency. Possess the ability to be self-sufficient and explore solutions independently, while also recognizing the importance of collaborative teamwork when needed.

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Less than 2 years experience, recent graduates with internship experience would be considered, associates degree and plc controls experience.

Basic PLC knowledge needed
