Job summary

The Executive Chef is responsible for assisting in coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of the hotel's food production.
The chef must maintain profitable F&B operations and high quality products and service levels,
and be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner,
and maintain regular attendance in compliance with Highgate Hotel Standards.
