    Description
    Required Qualifications
    • 7+ years project management experience in corporate marketing/public relations or creative agency specializing in PR or corporate communications- this is a must have.
    • B.A. or B.S. in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience required.
    • Proficient in waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
    • ble to effectively manage multiple highly-complex initiatives and quickly adapt to changes, work efficiently and productively under tight deadlines.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; must demonstrate ability to successfully communicate with project/account team, multiple business areas, divisions, senior firm leaders and external vendors.
    • Proven ability to multi-task and lead multiple highly complex projects simultaneously.
    • Strong attention to detail, and able to solve a range of challenges with no or little guidance.
    • Responds well to direction, embraces feedback and change, continuous learner.
    • Highly motivated and results oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
    • Navigates ambiguity with speed and grace
    • Proficiency in Workfront is required
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Certifications in project management methodologies preferred.
    Responsibility Summary/Job Description
    • Works cross-functionally to lead the successful development of multiple highly complex campaigns and projects across audiences for a given business area(s) throughout entire project lifecycle.
    • Develops and leads holistic, multi-faceted project plans by collaborating with strategic partners, and incorporates the chosen project management methodology, technology, and tools.
    • nticipates, identifies, executes solutions to manage project issues and risks by tracking, assigning ownership, following up, and understanding and sharing impact on deliverables, cost, resources and schedule with project and account teams, strategic partners, and business area(s).
    • Provides timely communication of project status, and key milestones to keep project and account teams, strategic partners, business area(s) and senior leadership informed, and to drive timely decisions.
    • Uses project management technologies and tools such as scopes of work and resource estimates to create project and resource plans, and performs analysis to ensure resource allocation efficiency, project deadlines are met and delivered within budget.
    • Leads securing all legal, compliance and branding approvals and ensures record retention procedures are followed.
    • Grows strong working relationships with key stakeholders, matrix project/account teams, business partners and leadership both inside and outside the firm.
    • Leads vendor and freelance selection processes including the scope of work, budget and billing management throughout the project lifecycle.
    Project Details
    1. You will be a critical player in ensuring our key audiences (clients/investors, colleagues, and community) have timely, relevant, and meaningful experiences at every touchpoint. This role will be responsible for partnering with others to bring to life our corporate citizenship, community engagement and reputation management strategies. From concept to delivery, you will partner with business leadership/account service to lead the work across strategists, content, creative, and external agency partners.
    2. You'll be an integral and valued member of a dynamic, growing team that values delivering quality outcomes and innovation while demonstrating a growth mindset.

    Team Details
    This role will reside in a department with 3 teams:
    • Marketing Project Management teams (2) are comprised of ~15 project and team leaders who manage creative campaigns and marketing communications projects.
    • gency Operations includes professionals who manage Agency-specific technologies, traffic management, and digital asset management.
    In addition to our department, the Edward Jones (EJ) Agency consists of Business Leadership/Account Services, Creative and Production Studios, and Video Studio. We partner closely with the Brand Strategy and Brand Content departments. Collectively, we comprise the Brand Center of Excellence.

    This role will work closely with firm leaders and associates in our Managing Partners Office, Reputation Management and Enterprise Communications areas. Benefits (employee contribution):
