- Oversee Ground up tilt wall projects
- Manage the construction process while identifying and solving problems that arise
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants, contractors, suppliers, and employees.
- Work with local municipalities to ensure proper permitting and inspections.
- Help to establish and maintain project schedules including start, progress and completion schedules.
- Hold the subcontractors accountable for their performance
- Ability to review and interpret the plans specifications and contracts as they relate to each individual trade involved in the construction of the project.
- Ensure completion of all final punch lists and projects are completed before final payment and/or occupancy.
- Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines
- Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient
- Experience working on tilt wall/big box projects (Walmart, BJs, Publix, LA Fitness, Floor and Decor, etc)
- Willing and eager to travel throughout Florida and SouthEast regio
- Strong organizational skills including time management, delegation, prioritization and multitasking as well as the ability to be an active listenen
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to speak in public with a wide variety of people (including contractors, clients, and management)
- Seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented self-starter with excellent attention to detail and emphasis placed on quality.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), QuickBooks, Yardi or other property management software
- Full time salary $120-135k per year - depending on experience
