Job summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Temporary employee to work on-site assisting with the review and organization of physical employee personnel files.

Responsibilities

  • Review physical employee personnel files and compare them against active and terminated employee records.
  • Determine appropriate disposition of files (e.g., retain, store for future shipment, shred, or file in designated locations).
  • Accurately organize and label files and storage boxes.
