- Must be a licensed Hospice Administrator, also prefer licensure as a Home Health Administrator
- Two years of home care management experience.
- Two years of administrative and supervisory experience with at least one year experience in a community health environment.
- Knowledge of Hospice/Home Care regulatory requirements preferred.
- Experienced with budgetary responsibilities, including budget development and monitoring.
- Experience in overseeing marketing and program development in the health care arena preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Highly organized, able to handle multiple and shifting assignments and present a professional image.
- Demonstrated computer skills including office applications, internet, and e-mail communications.
- Knowledge of Medicare highly desirable.
- Having and maintaining a valid Oklahoma Driver's License and satisfactory driving record is a condition of employment.
