PROJECT INTEGRATOR with Security Clearance - McLean, VA, United States - Emagine IT

Emagine IT has an immediate need for a Project Integrator to join our team in support of our customer located in McLean, VA
Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph Clearance to be considered

Responsibilities include:

• Support initiatives across multiple IC organizational components, and must possess strong client, written and verbal communication skills

o Strategic Operational Planning o Operational and/or Technology Assessments o Project Integration o Portfolio Management o Organizational Development o

Customer Relationship Management Minimum Requirements:

• An active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance
• Bachelor's degree desired
• More than 7-10 years of experience in the Intelligence Community
• Background in the IC regarding technical operations, operational assessments, HUMINT and technical collection

Specifically, o Demonstrated on-the-job experience and expertise technical operations, technical collection and technical services, and associated HUMINT enablement
This includes operational assessment, gaps/needs assessments, how to identify required changes, posit multiple solutions, and provide guidance to senior executives that will affect outcomes
o Demonstrated on-the-job experience using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
Additional Requirements (optional)
