    Position Overview:


    As a Product Development Associate, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and marketing professionals, to develop and maintain product life cycle.

    You will collect feedback and data to evaluate and refine product and assist in launching products that meet customer needs and align with our company's strategic objectives.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Management:
    Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of product development milestones.
    Communicate with cross-functional teams to keep stakeholders informed about project progress.
    Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project timelines or product quality.

    Sample Development and Testing:
    Collaborate with design and production teams to create samples or mockups of product concepts.
    Provide grading guidelines to vendors after fit approval ensuring accuracy and integrity of the design.
    Assist in refining prototypes based on user feedback and technical feasibility.

    Documentation and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate documentation of product specifications, design iterations, and testing results.
    Generate reports and presentations to communicate project status, findings, and recommendations.
    Create and manage WIP reports for development tracking and garment delivery

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with product managers to align product development efforts with market needs and business goals.
    Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of design, functionality, and user experience.
    Liaise with marketing and sales teams to gather insights on customer preferences and market trends.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
    Proven experience in product development, project management, or a related role.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product requirements.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
    Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
    Familiarity with product development processes, including ideation, prototyping, testing, and launch.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    Passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to the success of cutting-edge products.

    Salary:
    #70,000 - $85,000
