Rippling's financial platform moves billions of dollars every month—paying employees managing benefits funding accounts powering businesses globally As the Product Lead for Payments Risk you will own the controls systems policies automation ensuring safety integrity compliance flows You'll partner with teams to design tools rules engines integrations detecting preventing fraud assessing credit risk maintaining AML compliance What You Will Do Own product vision roadmap risk compliance underwriting decisioning systems Design scale internal tools automation frameworks supporting credit evaluations fraud detection AML compliance Build unified payments risk platform including case management rules engines transaction monitoring sanctions screening Implement ML AI-based systems powering real-time risk scoring anomaly detection dynamic underwriting decisions Work closely with stakeholders representing user discussions policy implementations regulatory frameworks Lead data engineering teams improving financial integrity better signals models pipelines Work cross-functionally aligning risk mitigation customer experience product velocity- Owning controls systems policies automation ensuring safety integrity flows
