We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our administrative team on a full-time basis.+

  • Coordinate therapy sessions between clients families Registered Behavior Technicians RBTs li >Manage cancellations rescheduling requests session changes timel yMonitor therapist availability adjust schedules maximize service delivery Communicate schedule changes promptly relevant parties families therapists clinical te +Administrate office tasks including filing data entry correspondence +Serve friendly point contact families scheduling questions concerns +Provide exceptional customer service maintaining professional boundaries Communicate effectively clinical administrative teams Problem-solve scheduling conflicts professionalism flexibility+Required Strong Central Reach experience High school diploma equivalent minimum 2-4 years administrative experience ABA experience required Proficient Google Suite Word Excel Outlook Excellent written verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills attention detail Ability multitask prioritize fast-paced environment Professional phone manner customer service skills Reliable punctual able work independently Must pass background check fingerprinting required working children Familiarity Electronic Health Records EHR practice management systems Central Reach Required Knowledge HIPAA privacy regulations Experience healthcare scheduling ABA therapy settings Preferred Bilingual Spanish Associates degree higher related field Work Schedule Compensation Position Type Full-Time Schedule Monday-Friday Location Remote Compensation per hour commensurate experiencen
