    Enterprise Employee Relations ManagerAs the Enterprise ER Manager at Auto Club Enterprises (ACE), you'll lead comprehensive HR support, overseeing employee relations, unemployment insurance, performance management, and discipline.

    Your expertise ensures regulatory compliance and drives improvements in processes and programs. You'll consult with senior management to resolve complex issues and advise local teams on HR matters.

    Responsibilities:
    Manages the enterprise employee relations activities including:Manages a team of about 25, including ER managers and staff.
    Oversees performance management, investigations, discipline processes, exit interviews.
    Advises business leaders on compliance with company policies, procedures, practices.
    Identifies areas for improvement, offers solutions aligned with business goals.
    Initiates/maintains robust communication processes between leaders and team members.
    Develops/modifies plans, policies, programs to retain, and motivate employees.
    Periodically reviews/audits HR processes for compliance with regulations.
    Focuses on long-term leadership, talent development.
    Identifies high-potential employees/leaders.
    Ensures future talent readiness, coaching, mentoring.
    Proactively monitors/analyzes business trends, marketplace changes.
    Analyzes turnover, disciplinary actions, performance metrics for improvement.
    Supports company-sponsored efforts (wellness, diversity, recognition)

    Requirements:
    Extensive expertise in spearheading enterprise-wide projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    Bachelors degree in human resources or a related field, along with relevant certifications.
    Work with minimal guidance, relying on extensive knowledge of employment practices.
    Exercise discretion and independent judgment in resolving complex issues.
    Extensive expertise in California's wage and hour regulations, as well as multi-state compliance.
    Develop disaster recovery procedures and ensure adherence to standards.
    Consult with senior management and executives on complex employee relations issues.

    In this role, youll ensure our employee relations programs motivate and retain top quality employees, comply with regulations, and support our enterprise strategy.#LI-KA-1The starting pay range for this position is:$126, $168,400.
