    Description

    Insight Global is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Management Analyst. The selected individual will be responsible for helping manage and support the departments mission to provide timely and accurate information to the public and internal audiences on utility projects, services, programs and consumer responsibilities. Efforts will focus on helping coordinate and lead communications efforts on the departments numerous utility work projects. Work will include coordinating with internal and external project managers to ensure effective partnerships and stakeholder notifications. Work outside of normal operating hours may be required.

    As assigned, work may include managing the procedural and administrative aspects of programs or projects; assisting with the development and editing of policies and procedures, recommending changes, drafting language, and ensuring dissemination of same; data gathering, data compilation, basic analysis, and developing recommendations and reports; updating and maintaining databases; coordinating program functions and events; and providing technical assistance and training.

    Duties include but not limited to:

    Collecting utility work and project data from project managers and other sources.

    Compiling weekly reports; updating social and other electronic media; drafting/editing project newsletters and meeting announcements; drafting traffic advisories.

    Updating Geographic Information Systems (GIS) map with utility work projects and impacts.

    Managing notification tools, to include administrative and training components.

    Working collaboratively with others to identify utility impacts and utility related needs.

    Assessing utility work impacts based on traffic patterns and anticipated service level disruptions.

    Maintaining database of utility work and project correspondence.

    Maintaining other databases.

    Creating presentations for public and other meetings.

    Establishing, maintaining and updating quality control processes.

    Participating in meetings and events, as assigned.

    Other duties as assigned.
