- Understand Client needs across event production and creative areas
- Build persuasive solutions that connect Client business objectives to event outcomes
- Lead presentations, demos, pitches, and proposal strategy
- Manage RFPs and complex bids with support from creative & production teams
- Develop long‑term partnerships with enterprise clients
- Collaborate closely with EideCom operations and sales support teams
- Ensure a smooth transition from sale to execution
- Become a trusted advisor who can influence future event strategy
- Represent EideCom at industry events, conferences, networking functions
- Bring competitive intelligence and market trends back to leadership
- Help shape our go‑to‑market strategy as we scale
- 3‑5+ years of B2B sales success with a track record of results
- Experience selling high‑value, consultative solutions (enterprise preferred)
- Proven ability to hunt, self‑generate pipeline, and close complex deals
- Exceptional communication — confident, clear, and persuasive
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and events
- Experience in event production, creative services, or AV solutions
- Background managing RFP‑driven or multi‑million‑dollar accounts
- A strong existing network of enterprise marketing or event decision‑makers
