    Description

    JONATHAN BROOKS is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and sense of purpose. With over a century of experience, we are industry trailblazers that prioritize building relationships with our clients. As part of the team, you will focus on serving our existing pool of 2,000 business clients while expanding our reach by acquiring new clients through referrals and leads. Additionally, you'll be responsible for leading a small team through the same processes. Over time, you will transition into the role of Agency Director, mastering our systems and processes along the way. This position offers a competitive weekly salary range averaging $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results
    • Train and mentor incoming team members on established systems
    • Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and fostering leadership skills

    Licensing Requirements:
