Program Manager, Community Fundraising - New York, NY

The Program Manager Community Fundraising serves a critical role in executing and growing BCRFs marketing and fundraising strategy reports to the Associate Director Community Fundraising The Marketing Communications team drives increased awareness visibility of BCRFs mission leads engagement through direct peer-to-peer fundraising along with other digital strategies raising more than $8 million online annually This role collaborates across external departments internal colleagues on the Marketing Communications team serves as primary contact for individuals groups fundraising for BCRF manages multiple charity partner philanthropy programs for organization The Program Manager will be integral part of BCRRs peer-to-peer fundraising team responsible acceleration growth expansion programmatic activities related peer-to-peer including endurance events panhellenic programs employee engagement initiatives Work closely Associate Director Community Fundraising Independent Events Team grow peer-topeer annual revenue number fundraisers participating program Research propose new philanthropy programs feed existing BCRRs peer-topeer programmatic areas ones yet consider Serve main point contact participants fundraising BCRR Provide resources tangible support information about BCRR use communicate friends family networks increase conversion brand loyalty Oversee manage existing charity partner endurance programs e.g marathons races Twitch Tiltify Streamlabs Spearhead streaming gaming developing best practices space opportunities engage streamers help streamers communicate BCRRs mission followers Manage online platforms communication analytical insights Genuine interest women health community building Understanding todays nonprofit landscape social media Able thrive high-paced highly creative environment manage multiple priorities simultaneously Critical thinker accustomed working problem-solving strategic diplomatic ways Positive can-do attitude passion work mission work BCRC
