Pay Range:
$85/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).


Key Responsibilities:
Work with Relationship Managment to coordinate meetings with client.
Work with client technical teams to plan data exchange and testing.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise from setup.
Okta Change Managment.
Manage any upgrades to Okta widget.
Keep track of Okta changes and escalate decisions on new features when needed.
Track and update settings changes.
Update expired certificates.
Other onboarding.
Onboard clients to Snowflake by running scripts.
Ad-hoc creation of Okta applications and authorization servers.
General Support.
Act as 1st level SME and triage support tickets for engineering team.
Work on support tickets as available during business hours - no on-call expected.
Suggest enhancements to automation and/support processes.

Support Legacy SSO issues & generic Maintenance ( coordinated cert ( SP and IDP) updates for clients live on legacy SSO).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Expertise with Okta Administration.
Expertise with SSO / SAML2 / OIDC / OAUTH.Strong Problem Solving.
Project Managment skills a plus.
