    Position Description:
    CGI Federal is seeking an Administrative Task Lead to support the National Security Division of DOJ in DC.

    This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office with work performed at client site in Washington, DC.


    Your future duties and responsibilities:
    Supervises and reviews the work of Contractor personnel to ensure compliance with internal standards and operating procedures. Assists newly assigned Contractor personnel by providing on-the-job training in administrative tasks and procedures. Resolve working level complaints and/or problems which arise concerning services.

    Performs a variety of administrative matters; Must have the ability to exercise independent, competent judgment in dealing with day-to-day matters affecting the operation to which assigned; knowledge of general administrative tasks and procedures to include maintaining calendars; the skills required to perform data collection so that the information gathered can be used in statistical and workload reports; and excellent communications skills.


    Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
    2-4 years of administrative experience

    Management/supervisory experience

    Must have an active Top Secret clearance


    CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.

    The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications.

    To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role.

    Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $75,000 - $85,000.00.
