    salary:
    $24 - $25.75 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll be doing:The Patient Access Representative performs front-end revenue cycle duties, utilizing expertise in medical terminology to verify insurance benefits, submit authorizations and ensure accurate documentation and billing compliance. Verify insurance benefits and eligibility for new referrals, including monthly and weekly verification for specific Medicaid and Hospice patients.
    Evaluate documentation to determine patient coverage eligibility for therapy and assist in correcting any errors or omissions.
    Generate Cost Disclosure/Advance beneficiary notices, benefits letters, and enter patient and physician data into the software database.
    Obtain pre-authorizations, perform Medicare Part D eligibility checks, and facilitate patient financial assistance applications.
