    The ideal candidate will actively contribute to Overdrives search strategy knowledge base as a subject matter expert and execute against large-scale campaigns with guidance, working within interdisciplinary teams.

    When applying for this role, it would be ideal to provide examples of enterprise level sites you have worked on, along with outlining some of the key performance results that were achieved based on your optimization efforts.

    Key candidates should also have experience working in highly competitive markets and should be able to demonstrate a clear and proven SEO process based on many years of learning and hands on experience.


    Responsibilities:


    Develop cohesive, compelling SEO strategies for our clients that guide the development & content processesManage a team with diverse skills sets including technology, content, social and mediaCommunicate strategic visions to our clients, and help them and their business development teams disperse the strategy to the greater organizationWe'd like to see:4-7 years' experience in SEO/SEM in a digital/interactive/mobile/web environmentExperience with technical auditsIntimate knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of various data sources and the ability to know when to use which research toolWillingness to roll up your sleeves, simultaneously tackle multiple projects and challengesAbility to rapidly build expertise on new businesses and industry verticalsExperience of managing agency teamsWorking knowledge of HTML, PHP, Javascript, and/or CSS Knowledge of the inner workings of local search & local rankingsExperience with local listings management (LLM) and local SEOStrong technical aptitude including ability to understand website technologiesDemonstrated prowess in analyzing and interpreting complex data using advanced ExcelTrack record of leadership, coaching and mentoringExceptional creative thinking and problem resolution skills that will contribute value in a dynamic, client-centered environmentBenefitsHealth and Dental insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributionFlexible spending accounts including: commuter and child care benefitsVision care discountsPaid vacation and holidaysCompetitive salaryEmployee referral bonusLong term disabilityLife insuranceAccidental death insuranceIndustry trainingPlease include salary requirements with all responses.
