    Description

    **Preparacin de comida**

    Shell Shack ahora est buscando una persona enrgica para ocupar un puesto de preparacin de alimentos en la cocina. Un gran cocinero de preparacin ser rpido y diligente y estar dispuesto a mejorar en el trabajo. Ser hbil y podr seguir las instrucciones, as como todas las reglas de salud y seguridad en la cocina. El candidato ideal tambin podr funcionar en un entorno ocupado y acelerado como parte de un equipo.

    **Responsabilidades:**

    Siga la lista de preparacin creada por los chefs para planificar las tareas.

    Etiquete y almacene todos los ingredientes en los estantes para que se puedan organizar y acceder fcilmente

    Mida los ingredientes y condimentos que se utilizarn en la cocina.

    Prepare los ingredientes para cocinar lavando y picando vegetales, cortando carne, etc.

    Llevar a cabo tareas bsicas de cocina, como reducir salsas, precocinar alimentos, etc.

    Prepare platos sencillos como ensaladas, platos principales, etc.

    Mantenga una cocina limpia y ordenada lavando platos, desinfectando superficies, sacando basura, etc.

    Asegrese de que todos los alimentos y otros artculos se almacenen correctamente

    Cumplir con las pautas de nutricin y saneamiento

    Realizar otras tareas de cocina segn lo asignado

    Requisitos:

    Experiencia comprobada como cocinero de preparacin

    Conocimiento de las normas de salud y seguridad en una cocina.

    Destreza manual capaz de operar herramientas de corte y utensilios de cocina.

    Un jugador de equipo con buenas habilidades de comunicacin.

    Paciente con capacidad de mantenerse positivo bajo presin.

    Muy buena condicin fsica y resistencia.

    Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente es deseable; La capacitacin de una escuela culinaria ser una ventaja

    **Demandas fsicas generales para el puesto:**

    Los anfitriones se pararn regularmente durante largos perodos de tiempo, se doblarn, se agacharn, girarn, levantarn, hablarn, caminarn, caminarn en terreno irregular, cargarn y levantarn hasta cincuenta (50) libras.
