Payroll Manager and HR Analyst - Miami, FL

Responsible for overseeing the payroll function. Reporting to HR leadership with a dotted line to Finance leadership. This position will also be responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data, metrics, and statistics.
+Essential Job Functions:
Directs the operational management of the biweekly payroll function,
- Implements,maintains,and reviews payroll processing procedures to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries,benefits,garnishments,taxes,and other deductions.
- Processes payroll in accordance with established procedures,resolving problems as they arise and responding to employee questions and issues
