- Execute SAP Purchase Order and Customer Order processing
- Proactively update Customers on order status and oversee the order to cash process
- Coordinate with manufacturers on production/quality lab status to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with various teams internally, such as Supply Chain, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to support Sales & Operations Planning
- Utilize ERP systems expertise (e.g., SAP & APO DP) to work with Master Production Schedulers for efficient regional production planning
- Plan raw materials and packaging components orders for contract manufacturing sites; issue purchase orders based on agreements
- Handle stock transfer orders between warehouse locations and/or toll sites to facilitate production
- Manage receipts of raw materials for toll manufacturers without SAP connections and track order statuses effectively
- Organize logistics activities for all shipments, escalate issues when needed, and handle customer complaints efficiently
- Ensure availability of required labels at production sites and reconcile physical inventories monthly
